This Privacy Policy explains what information Texas RP collects when you use this website and community platform, and how we use it. It doesn't yet cover the game client itself, since that hasn't launched.

When you create an account we collect the email address and username you provide. If you send us a suggestion or open a support ticket, we store its contents so staff can respond. We also keep basic account metadata: when you joined, your role, and any badges attached to your account.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are required for the site to work: one to remember your session so you stay logged in, and one to remember your language preference (Arabic or English). We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to run your account, display your username and badges to other members, handle your suggestions and support tickets, and contact you about your account when necessary — such as a password reset or email confirmation.
Who Can See What
Your username, join date, role and badges are visible to other visitors on your public profile. Suggestions and support tickets you submit are only visible to you and the staff reviewing them.
Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below.
Your Rights
You can edit your username and bio at any time from your profile. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by reaching out through our Discord or support channel.
Changes to This Policy
As Texas RP grows past this early development stage — adding tickets, in-game accounts, and other systems — this policy will be updated to reflect what's actually collected at that time.
