Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Texas RP website and community platform while the game itself is in development. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You need to be able to legally agree to these terms in your country to create an account. If local law sets a minimum age for using online services or communities, that minimum applies here too.

Your Account

You're responsible for the security of your account and everything that happens under it, including messages sent from it. Don't share your password, and let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

Use the platform the way it's meant to be used: don't attempt to break, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, don't impersonate staff, and don't use the platform to distribute anything illegal or harmful.

Community Conduct

Suggestions, support tickets, and every other community feature are governed by our Community Guidelines in addition to these Terms. Rule-breaking can result in a warning or account suspension depending on severity.

Content You Post

You keep ownership of what you post (suggestions, tickets, images), but by posting it you allow us to display it on the platform as part of normal operation — for example, showing your suggestion to the staff reviewing it.

Moderation & Enforcement

Staff can remove content, mute, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Actions taken by staff are logged internally for accountability.

Availability

This platform is under active development. Features may change, and the site may occasionally be placed in maintenance mode while we make updates.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided as-is during this development period, without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the platform to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the project develops, especially once the game itself launches. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
